How do I go back to the previous page?
Once you have left the landing page, you can always go back to the previous page by pressing on the upper left logo of the app . once you reach the first page, the logo will point you to the home page.
How do I log in to my account?
- if you are using the mobile app:
- 1. Press on the menu icon which looks like three lines under each other.
- 2. The menu will be opened.
- 3. Press on the person icon representing a male and female characters.
- 4. You will be redirected to the login form.
- 5. if you already logged in or selected the remember me option, you will be redirected to your profile.
- if you are using the desktop app:
- 1. Press on the person icon representing male and female characters on the top right side of the webpage..
- 2. You will be redirected to the login form.
- 3. if you already logged in or selected the remember me option, you will be redirected to your profile.
How to log off my account?
Follow the previous steps, you will find the logout option at the end of the menu.
How I could visit the profile of the shop?
Whenever you could see the name of the shop in a text form, click on the text and you will be directed to the profile of the shop. But if you click on the logo of the shop on the category page or the search page, you will see the list of products of this shop directly.
How could I place an order?
You can place an order by visiting the category page or search for the product which you want. there are two methods of listing the products. grid view and list view . Click on the cart icon to select the options and the quantity. then click on add to basket.
How to cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the products which are listed in this application. You cannot cancel your order once it is in the delivery process. However as you know, we have a spare time before the delivery process is started. If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, contact us directly by calling us or WhatsApp or Telegram from the contact us page.
